United by Movement: Health and Support Program for Military Families

A series of open training sessions and meetings for military personnel, veterans, and their loved ones, held at the local Avangard Stadium with the support of the Lutsk City Council’s Department of Youth and Sports. Here, movement becomes a tool for healing, and community becomes a source of strength.

Within the program

12 weekly open training sessions at the Avangard Stadium — from yoga and Pilates to fitness and strength training, tailored to the needs of participants
Six warm meetings with specialists—a nutritionist, psychologist, oncologist, gynecologist, and neurologist—about healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and mental health support
A safe space for mutual support and communication with people who understand
Lively conversations, sharing experiences, and building a community where everyone matters
