How it all began...
2020
In 2020, we created PRO Women UA, a community of women entrepreneurs and leaders who hold senior positions in business and the public sector. The idea was born out of a desire to bring together the energy, experience, and ambitions of active women. The first meetings marked the beginning of a great story, which has grown in scale with each passing year. The first meeting was held in Kyiv in October 2020.
2022
In January 2022, we officially registered as a non-governmental organization with an ambitious mission/vision. We strive to support women in their development, business and active civic engagement.

We have proven our ability to adapt quickly and today we work not only with women and for women, but also with military personnel, veterans, and their families.
We grow together
In five years, our community has grown from 25 participants
in the first events to nearly 8,000 active users of our programs
and projects. Our journey from a local initiative to a nationwide
network has been a story of creating a space where everyone
can find support, resources, and new opportunities.

These are mainly young people and the mature generation aged 20 to 45. Most are Ukrainian women and men who live both in Ukraine and abroad.
